Hydrogen Production Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the asset team at Holland Hydrogen 1, a pioneering large scale Green Hydrogen electrolysis facility in Europe. As a key member of the operations and maintenance team, you will contribute to the successful commercial operations of the asset.
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of process facilities, safety systems, and utilities to produce hydrogen in accordance with production plans, targets, and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading maintenance activities to ensure high reliability and flexibility of the asset
- Developing and executing cleaning and preservation scope during the project phase
- Contributing to the development of work procedures, standard maintenance procedures, and training programs
In this role, you will also be responsible for developing your skills within Energy Transition technology and working collaboratively with the Power Trading business and customers.
We are looking for self-driven individuals with a passion for developing their skills in Energy Transition technology. Relevant experience in commissioning and start-up of assets is beneficial. You should have a broad understanding of operations and maintenance, as well as experience in Quality Measurement Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Process Control (PAC), and Rotating Equipment.
The estimated salary for this position is around €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
