Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and commercial Business Development Director to strengthen our relationship with our most important customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and expanding large commercial relationships in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract new customers by partnering with senior stakeholders in the world's leading FMCG companies to help them identify growth opportunities and capture them more efficiently using Roamler's technology.
- Develop existing customers by building client relationships and becoming their go-to trusted advisor on the next generation of retail execution.
- Negotiate large and complex contracts profitably.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for all of our European markets, partnering with local key account managers to deliver growth.
- Mentor more junior account managers and help them identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8 years of partnership expertise, with a track record of managing and expanding the largest commercial relationships in your previous companies.
- Results-driven and ready to take on ambitious growth targets.
- Eagerness to join a scale-up to make a difference.
- Data-driven and can easily identify value levers in data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
