Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager for BeNeLux, you will be responsible for building brand awareness in the region, strengthening Ambu's market position, and contributing to corporate development through incisive marketing initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Ambu's products and services in BeNeLux
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Product Management teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage market research, analysis, and intelligence to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key hospitals, customers, and strategic partners in BeNeLux
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in life science
  • Knowledge of hospital organization and funding sources, as well as excellent knowledge of the healthcare system in the Netherlands
  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
  • Demonstrated strategic marketing and product management skills, with prior experience in medical and/or pharmaceutical
  • Ability to balance technical and business issues, and communicate effectively with both technical and business experts
