About the Role

The NPR Sourcing Lead (re-)construction projects is a key member of the ASML procurement team, responsible for driving sourcing category strategy and commercial supplier management. The role involves leading tenders and negotiations, contracting, and supplier relation management using ASML standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing category strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Collaborate with CRE department to improve quality, reduce risks, and minimize costs

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor or Master-degree combined with procurement experience and/or courses
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a production environment with proven procurement management skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Excellent stakeholder alignment and negotiation skills
