About the Role:

Residential Concierge – Full Time

Located in a prestigious area, our property is setting a new standard for luxury living. With exceptional amenities, meticulous attention to detail, and personalized services, we aim to provide a seamless homeownership experience.

Four Seasons Private Residences is seeking a Residential Concierge who embodies the spirit of our establishment. This individual will be insightful, resourceful, and adept at managing the Front Drive. Responsibilities include overseeing access to and from the residence, safeguarding company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, and damage, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises. The Concierge will create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike, coordinate parking and transportation needs, and participate in emergency response efforts.

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear thinking and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of homeowner information.
• A valid driving license is required.
• An SIA Door Supervisor License is required.
