About the Role

The International Baccalaureate is seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to join our team. As a Product Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for defining the portfolio design, direction, and roadmap for our digital products, ensuring alignment with the IB's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines feature releases and milestones, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, instructional designers, and educators, to gather input and feedback for roadmap planning.
  • Translate business requirements into product features, specifications, and acceptance criteria, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure expectations and product understanding are aligned.
  • Drive customer-centric practices, including the capture of early and frequent customer feedback, customer-usage data, and prioritizing the end-to-end customer journey as a primary design consideration for our digital products.
  • Monitor progress and address issues or risks that may impact feature delivery, making trade-off decisions to balance scope, schedule, and resources throughout the development process.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with seasoned product management experience, preferably in educational technologies or mission-based organizations. You should have a strong understanding of the K-12 education sector globally and the role and market for curriculum's like the IB. Additionally, you should have knowledge of trends, technologies, and emerging innovations in educational technology.
