Job Description

As an International Sanctions Implementation Lead in the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Sanctions requirements and effectively managing Sanctions risks. You will oversee business projects and implementations to enhance the FEC Global Sanctions organization, ensuring that projects are well-planned, impact assessments are conducted, and the operations organization is prepared for change.

The Sanctions landscape is complex, dynamic, and challenging, requiring a creative mindset and proactive approach to fulfill our Sanctions purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank, and society by detecting and preventing sanctions violations. A role with significant impact.

  • Roll out Global Screening solution
  • Support in setting up a new department
  • Optimization program of workflow tooling and alert generation processes
  • Improve Customer Communication, reduce customer touch points, and improve customer experience

Your Top Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the successful implementation of Sanctions projects as an International Sanctions Implementation Lead
  • You have an end-to-end view and control over the change initiatives you are responsible for
  • You are risk-aware and focused, complying with relevant laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager in a professional environment;
  • Experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain, with interest in FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics;
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written (Advanced level C1/C2);
  • You are proactive in understanding project context and stakeholder fields, with knowledge of Lean and certification;
