Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher for Express Services to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning Express and white glove deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan Express and white glove deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of shipments.
  • Develop and implement optimized routing strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce transit times.
  • Assign and manage subcontractors, vehicles, and equipment based on availability, delivery requirements, and priority levels.
  • Monitor delivery progress in real-time, addressing any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and end-receivers providing updates on delivery status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure all deliveries comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Work closely with the operations team, drivers, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching and logistics within the transport industry, preferably with international experience. You should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
