As our first Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client relationships and ensuring our customers get the most out of our product. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our expert analysts and client teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with data center operations teams
  • Helping customers maximize the benefits of our product
  • Representing the company and product to clients, gathering feedback, and relaying it back to product management and technical teams
  • Planning and conducting optimization meetings with data center ops
  • Acting as a stakeholder for technical teams when resolving issues in our platform, actively participating in Jira, and representing clients when setting priorities for fixes
  • Developing a deep understanding of the Coolgradient platform and effectively communicating recommendations made by the platform and analytics team to clients
  • Supporting clients and internal teams during the onboarding process and handling client communication
  • Collaborating with the analytics team to identify client-specific analytics needs
  • Working closely with product management to shape the Coolgradient platform, with the goal of creating a self-explanatory and actionable platform that minimizes the need for intervention

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical roles
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong aptitude for technology, with a willingness to delve into technical domains and products
  • Data-driven mindset
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Bonus skills: experience in the data center domain, Business Intelligence roles, or basic SQL skills
