Regional Workforce Health Consulting Consultant

At Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB Europe), we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Workforce Health Consultant to join our advisory hub in Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective workforce health and wellbeing strategies to promote the health and well-being of employees for our clients across Europe.
  • Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness to provide recommendations to mitigate health risks.
  • Raise awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to workforce health.
  • Prepare reports and proposals, manage projects, and conduct healthcare claims audits.
  • Design health and wellbeing pathways, conduct provider research and reviews, and support training session plans.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience gained within a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and development, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in producing client-facing reports and insights.
