Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at MOTUL Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and sales
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the lubricants and automotive industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
