As a Sales Development Representative at Treatwell, you will play a key role in driving business growth in the beauty industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic sales team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers in major cities across the Netherlands and convincing professionals in the beauty and wellness industry to join our platform.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in cold-calling and be fluent in Dutch and English. They should be able to handle the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to administrative closing, with meticulousness and adaptability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Boosting sales through salon visits and spontaneous pitches;
  • Researching and prospecting beauty and wellness professionals in the area via phone, internet, CRM, social media, and in-person visits;
  • Selling our software solutions to new partners and supporting them during their onboarding process;
  • Updating our CRM database with relevant information;
  • Conducting market analysis and providing feedback to improve our sales techniques;
Estimated Salary Range

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary range for this position to be between €45,000 - €65,000.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in sales or sales development;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English;
