We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Specialist to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a crucial role in helping us build a talented and diverse team.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in executing and optimizing recruitment processes for new team members. This includes collaborating with Recruiters and HR Colleagues to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, participating in recruitment software implementation, and engaging in candidate-facing activities.

You will also work closely with hiring managers from different departments to understand their needs and assist in the recruitment process. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and practices.

Your role will involve:

  • Assisting in the execution and optimization of recruitment processes
  • Collaborating with Recruiters and HR Colleagues to learn and implement best practices
  • Participating in recruitment software implementation and improvement
  • Candidate interaction and engagement
  • Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and practices
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for HR topics, especially talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with others
  • A proactive attitude, with a self-motivated approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
