Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team at AMOLF, a leading research institute in the field of nanophotonics and light management. The successful candidate will work on the development of cathodoluminescence (CL) tomography for semiconductor device inspection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CL tomography techniques for semiconductor device inspection and analysis
  • Collaborate with the Photonic Materials group and the Advanced Research Center for Nanolithography (ARCNL) to advance the field of CL tomography
  • Conduct research on the application of CL tomography in semiconductor metrology
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of CL spectroscopy and its applications in semiconductor device inspection and analysis
  • Contribute to the development of new research projects and collaborations
Requirements
  • Master's degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or a related field
  • Strong background in CL spectroscopy and its applications in semiconductor device inspection and analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
