About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Zimmer Biomet. As a key member of our Benelux customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales team, back office, and customers, facilitating efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Process orders, manage reservations, and allocate products to meet customer needs.
  • Handle order management, including providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and coordinate immediate deliveries or transfers of products as needed.
  • Verify order entries, check price agreements, and ensure compliance with conditions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proactive communication skills, with a high level of drive and persistence.
  • Attention to detail, with a customer-focused approach and responsiveness.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid professional experience in a customer service environment, with knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Preferably experienced in production planning, with IT literacy in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience.
