Accelerate the Energy Transition with Quatt

We're on a mission to make a positive impact on the world by accelerating the energy transition with sustainable home energy for all. As a Test Automation Engineer at Quatt, you'll play a key role in our Software team, ensuring the quality of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (automated and manual) with a focus on our mobile application.
  • Define end-to-end test scenarios and data mappings using development documentation and requirements.
  • Support existing automated test suits and create new test cases.
  • Develop tests in Typescript using Jest and Supertest frameworks on a daily basis.
  • Maintain the test result documentation to assist our development team in debugging and modification of software and systems.
  • Report bugs that occur during the process and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in refinements and discussions of new features together with embedded and App and Cloud teams.

Requirements:

  • You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.
  • You have a relevant degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Test Automation (JavaScript or similar).
  • You can set up, design, and implement test automation suites and advise the team on tooling.
  • You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them, and fix them.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • You have a minimum fluency level of C1 in English.

  • A competitive monthly salary that ranges from €3,000 to €7,000, excluding holiday allowance (8%) that we pay on top of your monthly salary.
  • We're flexible in when and where you work, but we encourage you to come to our vibrant office in Amsterdam multiple times a week.
  • We cover your travel costs, either by car or with an NS business card.
  • You'll have 25 paid holiday days a year to contribute to our mission in a healthy way.
