About the Role


As a key member of the Tribology and Surface Science group within ASML Design & Engineering, you will be responsible for delivering expert tribology and surface science knowledge to enable robust wafer clamping solutions and scanner roadmap.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Perform investigations for projects in the field of tribology, including testing, calculations, and data analysis.
  • Support senior experts with hands-on testing and analysis work.
  • Collaborate with universities, knowledge institutes, and other high-tech companies.

Requirements



  • Bachelor/Master in Mechanical/Materials Engineering.
  • Proficient in the English language (both in speaking and writing).
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also as part of a team at project level.
