Bike Technician

As a Bike Technician at CYCLE Mobility Holding GmbH, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our e-bikes. This includes performing regular inspections, diagnosing and repairing faults, managing spare parts, and providing on-site service to our partner companies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections of e-bikes to ensure they are in top condition
• Diagnose and repair faults, sharing findings and solutions with the team as needed
• Manage spare parts in our storage to ensure optimal equipment
• Provide on-site service to our partner companies, maintaining and repairing e-bikes directly
• Gather feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage dialogue
Your Skills and Qualifications:
• Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering is advantageous
• Passion for e-bikes and bicycles, with the ability to repair them
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch a plus
