Key Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and advice on the execution of P&C policy and processes
- Employee relations advice and case management
- Local reward and compensation management and governance
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation and promoting best practice
- Collaborative work with the wider People & Culture team on local and global projects
Requirements
