About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Leader to join our team at AWL-Techniek. As an Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and technologies that add strategic value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the R&D roadmap in collaboration with business unit managers and R&D colleagues.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary development team to design and develop products that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that products meet business requirements.
  • Implement agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, to facilitate collaboration and iteration.
  • Take on the role of Product Owner within the team to ensure that products meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in computer science, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on innovation and product development.
  • Experience working in a Scrum team and knowledge of programming concepts, such as OOP and FP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
