About the Role
This internship is focused on two key areas: Talent Acquisition and People and Organizational Development. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The People and Organizational Development team focuses on training, onboarding, and fostering a unique company culture.
Your Responsibilities
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, supporting the recruitment of Head Office talents. Your tasks will include planning job interviews, liaising with candidates, and attending interviews to gain insight into the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for interns and assist the team with ongoing projects such as campus recruitment events, candidate experience, data-driven recruitment, and employer branding.
Supporting the People and Organization Development Team
You will assist the People and Organization Development team with organizing monthly onboarding, our global training offer, and supporting other development programs. As a fully-fledged colleague and team member, you will interact with stakeholders from different departments and contribute your input and creativity.
Your Profile
- HBO/WO student within the field of HRM/Educational Sciences/A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome).
- Ready for an internship for four to five days (5 or 6 months) in an international environment.
- Strong communicator with fluency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and analytical personality with a hands-on mentality.
