Associate Design Director

We are seeking an experienced Design Director to join our team at Idean. As a Design Director, you will be responsible for leading our design efforts and driving innovation in product design.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain design strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet technical and business requirements.
- Conduct design research to inform design decisions and ensure customer-centric design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- 7-12 years of experience in product design with a focus on human-centered design.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality products.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Dutch.
