Global Supply Leadership TeamThe global business unit Supply consists out of many functions, including Operations (Europe; APAC; EEMEA), Global Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Procurement, Global PMO, Finance Operations, Engineering, Coffee & Tea Sourcing. The Global Supply Leadership Team is located in the IHQ offices in Utrecht & Amsterdam.
You will work alongside HR Managers for Supply and in cross-functional initiatives with other HR teams. You will work gain exposure to different functions and levels within our complex and international matrix organization at HQ.
About the Role- Support the full employee life cycle, from recruitment, to onboarding, engagement, performance management, training and offboarding.
- Support with the roll out of the annual Talent & Performance Cycle, including Objective Setting, Talent Review, Appraisals & Final Calibration
- Drive recruitment together with the Talent Acquisition Team
- Drive data-based decision making by analysing people analytics and drafting meaningful insights from it to present to the business
- Organise the annual Growth Carrousel event for more than 400 associates

- A BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
- A structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- A commitment to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from the start of September to February.
Our estimated salary for this role is around €525 per month, based on a full-time schedule. In addition to your monthly allowance, you will also receive travel compensation if you don't have a free public transport card, paid holidays for each internship term, two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe (EEA), and the chance to learn from the best HR professionals out there.
