About the Role

As a Learning and DE&I Intern, you will provide DE&I expertise to subjects such as Learning, Self-Development, and Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the Learning team to create a well-established plan that engages our learner community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the TA and learning team in creating a diverse and inclusive hiring and onboarding process.
  • Become a champion in planning, organizing, and overseeing (e)learnings, trainings, and onboarding events.
  • Work with different divisions and departments to provide a DE&I perspective and insertion on existing activations and events.
  • Use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions in your various projects.

Requirements

  • Available for 6 months, full-time.
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (speaking and writing).
  • In the bachelor or master phase of your academic track (or gap year, no need to be enrolled).
  • Proactive, open-minded, and motivated to learn.
