Job Description

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in maintaining accurate personnel files, organizing social events, and ensuring effective internal communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless transitions for new hosts
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Organizing social events and celebrations to promote teamwork and camaraderie
  • Providing guidance and support to hosts throughout their journey with voco The Hague
  • Ensuring timely and effective communication within the hotel and across departments
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong focus on attention to detail and organization
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
