Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Benelux team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, supporting commercial activities, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, the Sales team, and the wider Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team regarding customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sales team, back office, and customers, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process orders, manage reservations, and ensure timely delivery of instruments for surgeries.
  • Handle order management, including accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status.
  • Allocate products efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions.
  • Prepare and arrange immediate deliveries or transfers of products as needed.
  • Enter orders accurately and verify price agreements and conditions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent proactive communication skills.
  • High level of drive and persistence.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent responsiveness.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
Your Background
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Familiarity with product anatomy and physiology.
  • Prior experience in production planning is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
