In this instance, our client based in Amsterdam seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead their content strategy as a Content Marketing Manager.
You'll embark on a dynamic journey with a trailblazer in Data Science and AI, crafting impactful narratives that showcase their cutting-edge expertise in transforming businesses with data-driven technologies.
As the Content Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with their mission to deliver tangible business results through data-driven technology. You will be responsible for supporting business development, creating engaging content to highlight their expertise, and forging a strong, consistent brand image.
This role demands a proactive mindset, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. You should have a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the capacity to adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, implement, and oversee a content strategy that aligns with company objectives, business development goals, and brand guidelines.
Research, write, and edit diverse content forms, including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media content, focusing on AI and Data Science topics.
Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, and tone by conducting thorough editing, proofreading, and review processes.
Transform existing content for multi-channel distribution, such as converting webinars into engaging articles or LinkedIn posts.
Collaborate closely with sales, product team, and HR to develop supportive content for business development and employer branding.
Promote content across various channels, emphasizing social media (particularly LinkedIn), paid media, and organic search.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience needs, especially in AI and Data Science, to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Monitor web traffic and engagement metrics, adjusting content strategies for optimal performance.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of drafts, revisions, and publications.
Your Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
At least two years of professional experience in content management, marketing, or a related role, with tangible results.
Prior experience in AI/Data Science is highly preferred in a for-profit environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate content marketing strategies.
Demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to analyze content performance.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and expertise.
