About the Role:
ASML is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding teams to deliver complex projects efficiently while ensuring smooth collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate agile practices, including planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives to help teams stay focused and improve continuously.
Drive team efficiency by encouraging self-organization, staying focused on delivering work on time, and improving performance.
Remove obstacles that slow down team progress and escalate issues when necessary to maintain momentum and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders to understand and embrace Agile principles, fostering growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree, with a preference for IT-related study backgrounds and extracurricular activities.
Completed education less than 12 months ago or will graduate before the start of the program.
Maximum of 12 months of relevant working experience.
What We Offer:
A contract of one year at ASML, with the intention of an indefinite contract after the first year.

About the Program:
The Gateway Program offers a unique experience similar to a traineeship, but with a focused approach. You will start in a permanent role, specializing in your chosen field, and participate in behavioral trainings, ASML-specific work readiness sessions, and IT & Data courses. You will receive one-on-one mentorship from an ASML professional and coaching from an external expert to help define your personal development goals and guide your growth.
Selection Process:
1. Application: Apply before the deadline.
2. Video interview: Matching candidates will be invited to record their answers to a few pre-determined questions.
3. Selection day: After careful consideration by our screening board, successful candidates will be invited for an online selection day.
4. Job offer: 3 working days after the selection day, we will inform you about the outcome of the recruitment process.
5. Starting date: The preferred starting date of the program will be February/March 2025.
