About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned vertical/territory by developing a sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy in the assigned vertical/territory with a target prospect list and a regional/vertical sales plan.
  • Manage client relations throughout the entire engagement and afterwards, being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relations through account management and develop new customers.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with high energy level and a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect/customer organizations, including C-level and internally across the business.
  • Experience in developing business cases and ROI together with customer personnel.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with other languages a plus.
