Job Title: Assembly Worker

About the Job

You will work in a dynamic production environment with a diverse and international team. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality products, ranging from air handling units and installations to frames and wood constructions. Your tasks will involve assembling and constructing various products, working with advanced tools and machines, and applying innovative techniques.

Your Responsibilities

• You will perform assembly and construction tasks for a wide range of products and structures, ensuring each part fits and functions perfectly within the larger structure.
• You will process products by cutting, measuring, sawing, drilling, and assembling, monitoring the quality of the products to meet specified standards and specifications.
• You will think about possible improvements within the production process, work with your team to increase efficiency, and analyze production data to propose improvements to reduce lead times and minimize waste.
• You will work according to applicable safety regulations, ensuring a neat and organized workplace, participating in safety training, and contributing to promoting a culture of safety within the company.

Requirements

• You have experience or a strong interest in the technical industry, being curious about new technologies and methods, and willing to continuously learn and develop yourself.
• You can communicate well in English, work effectively with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds, and have a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• You are handy, pay attention to details, and have an eye for quality, with experience using hand tools and machine processing.
• You have your own transportation to work and flexibility in working hours and willingness to work overtime if necessary is appreciated.

Salary and Benefits

• An attractive salary of €2,300 to €2,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• A full-time position in a 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of overtime.
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time workweek, with the possibility to accumulate extra leave days.
• Opportunity to work in day shifts or a 2-shift system with a premium starting at 11%, flexible working hours can be arranged in consultation.
• A travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer.
