The Group Legal Assistant provides administrative support to the Group Legal department. This role reports directly to the Head of Legal – Corporate and Head of Legal – Business, who jointly head up the TMF Global Legal Function (Group Legal and Business Legal).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Group Legal communications and incoming mail.
- Arrange for documents/ letters to be signed by authorized persons.
- Be responsible for and handle the Group's KYC requests.
- Prepare and file financial statements in a timely manner.
- Prepare letters, documents and the group's structure chart.
- Assist with completing and executing legal templates.
- Maintain digital corporate entity data.
- File documents (e.g. with Chamber of Commerce).
- Keep the intranet landing page of Group Legal up to date.
Your Profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
- Experience in supporting a legal department is essential.
- Knowledge of legal documents, e.g. Power of Attorney / Non-Disclosure Agreements / Board and Shareholder's resolutions.
- Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio. Knowledge of Share Point is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude with a can-do mentality.
