Job Description

The KYC Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate management of Know Your Customer (KYC) portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and document negotiation.
  • Assess operational risks associated with the role and provide professional recommendations for mitigation.
  • Manage the compliance status of the KYC portfolio, maintaining quality expectations while meeting deadlines.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

  • HBO+ level education.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a client-facing environment.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full-time availability (36/40 hours per week).
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
