OMA is seeking an experienced Archival Collections Coordinator to support the establishment of our new depot and assist with the transition of our entire collection to this new location.
This role involves assisting in the daily management of the Archive Collection during this transition period, requiring a highly organized, methodical, self-motivated, efficient, and proactive individual.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the set-up and lay-out of the new depot, arranging the fit out and organization of the move of the collection, and coordinating with other departments to secure the smooth archiving of architectural materials.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in art history, architecture history, collection management, museum studies, or a related field, and high proficiency in MS Office software.
Fluency in English and Dutch is a must, and experience with handling architectural models and artefacts is highly desirable.
The position is offered for 5 days/week, for a duration of 12 months.
