Job Responsibilities

As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our international team and contribute to the production of high-quality products. Your daily tasks will include assembling and constructing various products, such as technical systems and wood structures, using advanced tools and machines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling and constructing products with high precision and quality.
  • Ensuring that each part fits and functions perfectly within the larger structure.
  • Monitoring the quality of the products and ensuring they meet the specified standards and specifications.
  • Working according to the applicable safety regulations and ensuring a neat and organized workplace.
  • Contributing to promoting a culture of safety within the company.


Key Qualifications
  • You have experience or a strong interest in the technical industry. You are curious about new technologies and methods and are willing to continuously learn and develop yourself.
  • You can communicate well in English. You work effectively with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds.
  • You are handy, pay attention to details, and have an eye for quality. You have experience using hand tools and machine processing.
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings. You understand the specifications and instructions needed to assemble products correctly.


Compensation and Benefits
  • An attractive salary of €2,300 to €2,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • A full-time position in a 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of overtime.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time workweek, with the possibility to accumulate extra leave days.
  • Opportunity to work in day shifts or a 2-shift system with a premium starting at 11%. Flexible working hours can be arranged in consultation.
  • A travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer.
