Job Description
The Service Improvement Manager drives operational improvements by ensuring efficient processes and procedures. You will provide high-quality analysis to support transitional service agreements and collaborate with global functions to achieve operational excellence with service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet contractual obligations, minimize service credits, and drive service provider performance improvement plans
- Build relationships with customer operational teams for best-in-class service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain close relationships with internal managers for performance and operational alignment
- Develop and sustain relationships with operational suppliers
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and propose actions to improve operational performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in large-scale international telecommunications environments
- Able to communicate effectively with external customers and stakeholders
- Strong record of expertise in driving operations through partner and vendor management
- Experience working with operations teams and contributing to operations processes in multiple customer environments
- Deep knowledge of technology platforms and end-to-end service architectures
