We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at Teamtailor, a leading Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for driving business growth.
About the RoleThis exciting role will involve managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and forecasting revenue. Additionally, you will source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Sourcing and qualifying leads through various channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes, and industry
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- 0-3 years experience in B2B sales (SaaS platforms preferred)
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
