About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Picnic's Amsterdam HQ. As a key member of our People team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance and talent by conducting regular check-ins and bi-annual reviews with employees
  • Conduct all admin-related tasks around development agreements, contracts, and compensation
  • Be a trusted advisor and coach to the leadership team, enhancing their effectiveness
  • Drive people-related initiatives, provide insightful data to guide decision-making, and offer proactive solutions
  • Design and improve people programs, including staffing, onboarding, learning & development, and rotation processes
  • Build organizational health by ensuring the organization is structured to achieve business objectives
  • Manage talent to ensure the right people are in the right roles
  • Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline
About You
  • Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Project management and operations experience
  • Driven to challenge convention and reinvent how work is done
  • Natural ability to coach and develop teams
  • Ability to see the big picture and data-driven approach
  • Passionate about people and able to work with colleagues of all levels
  • Interested in technology and excited to learn more
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
