Senior Risk Model Validator

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Model Validator to join our team and contribute to our mission of enabling the transformation towards large-scale adoption of sustainable mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate new and existing models across multiple risk domains, ensuring they meet internal standards and external regulations.
- Assess model methodology and perform quantitative analysis on data used in the model.
- Replicate key results and report model validation findings to senior management and risk committees.
- Manage end-to-end validation projects, including project planning and coordination.
- Support junior and mid-level validators in their development and growth.
- Present validation results to senior management and risk committees, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with the ECB and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in model validation, preferably in a regulatory environment.
- Strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or a related field.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ECB and EBA guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
