Project Manager with Dutch Language Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in the Dutch language to join our Media Solutions team at The Nielsen Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients in the Benelux and French regions, providing comprehensive client service and managing programs, products, and client projects.
  • Act as a liaison, coordinating with diverse media services to offer clients solutions and understanding their challenges to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Analyse information and present findings to clients independently or in collaboration with other associates.
  • Master Nielsen Sports tools and the product portfolio, expanding knowledge on clients, the sports business landscape, media, and advertising industry.
  • Collaborate with media operations teams at Nielsen Sports to align client projects and meet service-level agreements.
  • Manage reactive/inbound sales support, identifying solutions in collaboration with the revenue team.
  • Contribute to business process improvement of existing media solutions and products, as well as the development of new products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to identify client needs.
  • Knowledge and prior experience in media and sponsorship, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the media/sports industry.
  • Digitally literate, with a driver for automation and standardisation.
  • Proven ability to maintain an internal and external network, coordinating ongoing client projects.
  • Active learner, with an ability to expand knowledge of client business issues and needs, Nielsen Sports products, and the media and advertising industry.
