We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at EQUANS. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our global cybersecurity strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of our cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the Cybersecurity team in assessing and mitigating risks to our digital platforms and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT outsourcing partners.
- Monitor security KPIs and drive remediation plans to maintain our security posture.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in cybersecurity. You will have a higher education degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as a Security Architect.
You will be recognized for your expertise in securing systems, with relevant certifications such as CISM or CompTIA Security+. You will be comfortable working in a decentralized and multicultural organization, with heterogeneous maturity levels in terms of cybersecurity and architecture practices.
You will be autonomous, energetic, and show initiative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will have strong ethics and be able to exercise discretion.
