Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Portfolio Management: Create, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio using strong sales and business development skills.
  • Lead Generation: Find new leads independently and utilize cold calling to break barriers and stand out to clients.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to close deals and achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Benefit from a collaborative environment where industry knowledge is shared across entities, ensuring up-to-date market insights.

Requirements

  • Native German and fluent in English;
  • Bachelor's/ Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance;
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in Sales/ Trading / Brokerage / Business development;
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
  • A natural sales or business development personality;
  • Not afraid to cold call and approach people;
  • Willing to travel for work;
  • Energetic, curious and ambitious;
  • Driven to close deals and prove yourself;
  • Posses an affinity for teamwork.
