Job Summary
Trinamics Beheer B.V. is seeking a skilled Change Coordinator to join our team. As a Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating Test & Deployment activities for customers, creating and managing release calendars and schedules, and overseeing the execution of deployments in production environments. You will also be responsible for delegating Jira tickets, ensuring plans are met, and coordinating with stakeholders on all related Test & Deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Test & Deployment activities for customers, ensuring that all plans are met and potential delays are highlighted and mitigated.
  • Create and manage release calendars and schedules for site deployments, including the creation of deployment documentation for production deployments.
  • Oversee the execution of deployments in production environments, working closely with the Service Test & Deployment team.
  • Delegate Jira tickets received from sites and internal engineers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure that all plans are met, highlighting potential delays and implementing mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on all related Test & Deployment activities, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Handle escalations during site deployments, working closely with the Service Test & Deployment team to resolve issues.
  • Make Go/No-go decisions based on testing results, ensuring that all deployments are safe and successful.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews after each change deployment, ensuring continuous improvement and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of all processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Document and maintain process and procedures documentation, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with product development to assess process-level risks and communicate change and release activities and their impacts to relevant stakeholders (ITSDM, site-based teams, T&D team, management, service desk, etc.).
  • Ensure that all end-to-end change processes for all planned releases are adhered to in production environments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of working experience.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes of Change Management and Release & Deployment Management, with demonstrable experience in executing these processes.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Dos Maximo, ServiceNow, or preferably Jira. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is desirable.
  • Experience with software processes (SDLC), especially release and deployment processes (CI/CD) pipelines and methodologies, is desirable.
  • Continuous process improvement mindset.
  • Focus on quality with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Result and goal-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality, even under pressure.
