Assembly Line Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assembly Line Specialist to join our team at Job Invest in the Oosterhout region. As an Assembly Line Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, supervising multiple employees, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Your key responsibilities as an Assembly Line Specialist will include:

• Supervising and coordinating production line activities;
• Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety and hygiene regulations;
• Solving technical malfunctions and performing routine maintenance tasks;
• Cultivating a positive work environment by coaching and motivating production staff.

To be successful as an Assembly Line Specialist, you should possess:

• At least four years of experience in a similar position within the food industry;
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English;
• A strong working knowledge of HACCP and quality systems such as BRC and IFS;
• The ability to multitask and work independently, with minimal supervision.
