Job Overview
Nutanix is seeking a seasoned leader to drive Channel Sales growth in Northern and Eastern Europe. As the Director of Channel & Ecosystems, you will lead a talented team, develop strategic partnerships, and leverage Nutanix's unrivaled support to exceed sales performance goals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Channel Sales Managers, fostering relationships with key partners across Central Europe, creating and executing a Channel Sales strategy, and driving pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
- Foster strong relationships with Nutanix partners in Central Europe
- Create and execute a comprehensive Channel Sales strategy to drive growth
- Develop and implement partner skills development programs to enhance selling capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business growth strategies
- Plan and direct channel activities, including partner business planning and demand generation
What We Offer
Nutanix offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8-12 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes and Channel Sales
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to plan and operate within a budget
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
