Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional High End Makeup Artist to join our team, providing inspiring customer experiences and driving sales targets in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty sector, and 2-3 years of makeup artistry experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with inspirational and creative makeup artistry skills.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating expertise in makeup artistry and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup trends and industry developments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree as an esthetician and/or makeup artist (desirable).
  • Service expertise in a luxurious environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Social media awareness and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends.
  • Languages: Dutch and English.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software (advantageous).
