About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Amersfoort. With over 60 IT professionals, we aim to improve our business operations by ensuring reliable delivery of essential services such as hardware and software management, issue resolution, and proactive measures to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide endpoint support and configuration
  • Resolve advanced technical issues
  • Manage provisioning and maintenance of end-user assets for a standardized and efficient endpoint environment
  • Undertake proactive IT maintenance tasks to ensure endpoint reliability
  • Lead improvements in endpoint management, ensuring seamless lifecycle for operating systems, software, and telephony, optimizing hardware configurations, and ensuring compatibility
  • Create, organize, and maintain forms and administrative records efficiently
  • Produce comprehensive technical and end-user support documentation to ease effective knowledge sharing
  • Actively contribute to project phases
  • Complete individual deliverables within projects
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in policies, processes, procedures, and/or systems exceeding own department
  • Assist in implementing process improvements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or HBO education in the IT environment
  • Relevant IT technical training or certifications (MCP Certification)
  • Work experience in an international environment
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a similar job role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in deploying software using tools such as MDT, SCCM, or equivalent deployment platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in packaging and deploying applications
  • Proficient in scripting, adapting, and optimizing for evolving needs, with expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and Apple OS (iOS) systems
  • In-depth understanding of ITIL principles, particularly in Service and Support processes
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and MS Endpoint Manager
  • Comprehensive grasp of Microsoft 365, including its diverse applications and services
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
