Product Lifecycle Manager and Service Delivery Lead

At Thales, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Manager and Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Hengelo, Netherlands.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and directions for product lifecycle management and service delivery within our Services Segment. This role involves 2 interdependent roles:

  • As Team Manager Product Lifecycle Management, you will take responsibility for keeping legacy products operational at customers' sites, aligning with Thales' strategy, while managing resources, knowledge, and obsolescence.
  • As Team Manager Service Delivery, you will oversee the delivery of services (products/solutions) to customer project managers, product project managers, and service delivery managers, ensuring smooth transitions from bid phase to execution and timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
About You

  • A good skillset in product/project management methods
  • Relevant experience in managing complex products/projects
  • The ability to overview complex situations and manage multi-task environments
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong motivation and structuring abilities across all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good commercial skills
  • Fluency in English
  • IPMA B certification is preferred
