We're seeking an experienced IT Contracts (SoW) Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs) that meet the needs of our suppliers and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Support the creation of SoWs by actively writing and adjusting content based on intake sessions with stakeholders.
  • Correct and optimize draft SoWs provided by vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Work closely with Contract Management and Procurement teams to review and improve SoW quality.
  • Lighten the workload for ACOs in the Program & Projects and Solution & Adoption teams by providing support in SoW creation.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient approval process.
  • For larger SOWs, support ACOs in aligning with the wider Canon IT ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or Master's Degree
  • Related business experience and knowledge
  • Understanding of IT projects and deliveries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Prince2/Agile qualification is a plus
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and within established guidelines
  • Sufficient legal understanding to create sharp legal wording
