About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our team to develop creative strategies and lead regional projects in Home Care. With a focus on scent design, you will be responsible for further developing business knowledge, leveraging consumer feedback, and growing technical expertise to increase IFF's market share.

In this role, you will utilize internal processes and programs to support the overall Home & Fabric Care business strategy, collaborating with various functions to achieve project objectives.

About You

We are looking for a curious and critical thinker with problem-solving skills who is passionate about fragrances. As a candidate with analytical ability to investigate data and analyze it to uncover insights, you will thrive in this role. If you have experience in project management, ideally with some fragrance/product development, we want to hear from you

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging market product knowledge and brand portfolio knowledge to guide the creative process
  • Developing a basic understanding of how to create an olfactive strategy to support the success of the Home & Fabric Care regional/category business
  • Learning how to effectively screen down fragrance themes against project objectives
  • Leveraging different technologies for Home Care projects
  • Leveraging potential cross-category fragrance themes for Fabric and Home Care projects
  • Leveraging IFF's Scent Portfolio for optimal efficiency in project work
  • Learning how to manage fragrance selection and identifying new winning themes for incoming briefs
  • Developing understanding of consumer olfactive preferences and applying on fragrance strategy and providing feedback to Perfumers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Science or Business
  • Excellent olfactive capabilities (candidates will be required to complete internal smelling test)
  • 1-3 years of industry experience (fragrance house or consumer goods company)
  • Home Care category experience is a plus
  • Project Management experience, ideally with some fragrance/product development

The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
