Procurement Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager to oversee sourcing initiatives for our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing sourcing activities, which include managing sourcing processes such as Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ), as well as renegotiating existing agreements.
You will lead sourcing efforts for various clients, primarily focusing on Liberty Central and Scale, with the potential to engage with different clients over time. The duration of your involvement with each client may range from 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of ad hoc assignments as needed.
Given the diverse procurement categories that our organization engages with, this position offers a dynamic environment where you can work across multiple sectors. You may be aligned with a specific department at the client (such as Technology, IT, Marketing, or Contact Center) or have a more fluid role that spans various departments.
As the Procurement Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sourcing Strategy team to ensure high-quality deliverables, efficiency, and timely completion of projects while meeting established savings targets. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, robust negotiation skills, and a capacity for innovative thinking.
The ideal candidate will be diligent, motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and demanding environment, working across different clients and regions. Previous experience in procurement is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Delivery: Assist in developing Category Strategies and work closely with the Category Intelligence team for the projects and suppliers you are involved with.
Tendering & Supplier Selection: Refine requirements with internal stakeholders and prepare the necessary documentation for sourcing activities. Lead the tendering process to ensure fairness among all suppliers by establishing an objective evaluation framework.
Contract Management: Consolidate the results of your tendering activities or renegotiations into formal agreements, which may include Framework Agreements for new suppliers or Statements of Work for existing suppliers.
Procurement Value Recognition: Assess the value generated from your sourcing activities and monitor outcomes such as cost reductions and improvements in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in accordance with applicable savings guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth sourcing process and optimize results.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Provide support to internal stakeholders during the contract lifecycle, including managing formal change requests and monitoring contract renewal timelines to ensure timely sourcing activities.
Qualifications:
Academic background (minimum Bachelor’s degree) in business administration, finance, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement. Experience in an international or multi-country service environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong focus on customer service.Skills:
Exceptional communication and networking skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and with suppliers. Strong change management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Experience in sourcing processes, including competitive bidding, effective tendering, negotiation preparation and execution, supplier evaluation, and Total Cost of Ownership analysis. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with procurement technology tools and systems, particularly those related to supplier collaboration. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation capabilities.Benefits:
